- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called today to ONLY INQUIRE on how to add a vehicle to a current policy due to the death of a love one. The individual was extremely RUDE. She kept trying to tell me to call the agent that is over the policy to rush me off the phone as I explained 3 times that the vehicle wasn't on the policy and we were just trying to inquire about what can be done. The more I explained, the more she became aggravated and repeatedly stated that I was in an entire different category. I then explained that we were having a hard time with hearing back from the Laplace branch as she then rudely yelled that she doesn't have control over the other offices. Very poor service as we have 5 policies with them that we will be cancelling ASAP. Shame on you Farm Bureau of Gonzales!February 05, 2017by Courtney Winns
